Larry and Katie live and work in the heart of Budapest, Hungary. Larry serves as the leader of the Budapest church plant, investing much of his time in personal discipleship and Bible studies with new believers and seekers. He also serves part time as the administrator for the developing FM ministries on continental Europe. Katie is also an integral part of the Budapest church plant, and, as a part of its community outreach, she teaches a weekly English class at the Family Help Center in Budapest’s 11th District. This ministry has been instrumental in building relationships that have led people to church involvement, and eventually to faith in Christ.
Prayer Requests:
- Wisdom in leading the Budapest church and setting its future direction
- Wisdom in budgeting time between local church and Europe-wide concerns
- The ability to maintain close family connections with their grown sons (Peter and Andrew) and daughter-in-law (Christy) and with extended families, in spite of the distance
- The people who are considering making a decision for Christ to say “yes!”
- More doors to be opened in Budapest and in Hungary for the spreading of the gospel
- Leaders to be raised up in the Gyõr and Budapest fellowships in Hungary
