Larry and Katie live and work in the heart of Budapest, Hungary. Larry serves as the administrator for the developing FM ministries of continental Europe.”
In addition, he is involved with the Budapest Church Planting Project and invests time in personal discipleship and Bible studies with seekers. Katie is also an integral part of the church plant and teaches English at the Family Help Center in Budapest’s 11th District. This outreach has built relationships that have lead people to church involvement. She has also served as the Hungary mission treasurer. The Winckles are currently on home assignment for one year starting in July of 2005.
Prayer Requests:
- Wisdom in knowing how to balance the competing demands of life
- The ability to maintain close family connections in spite of Andrew and Peter both being away at university
- Many of the people who are considering making a decision for Christ, that they would say “yes!”
- Further doors to be opened in Budapest and in Hungary for the spreading of the gospel
- Leaders to be raised up in the Gyõr and Budapest fellowships in Hungary
