Asia/Philippines — urban church planting, continuing education, International Child Care Ministries, relief and development projects.
Fred serves on the board of directors of Light and Life Development Foundation, Inc., a relief and development arm of the FMC and works with Elim Farm’s Agricultural and Bible Training School, where tent-making pastors receive instruction for planting rural churches. Barb is associate pastor at OLM, ministering primarilry in continuing education for OLM pastors. She also coordinates International Child Care Ministries (ICCM) for the Southern Mindanao Annual Conference and is the liason for ICCM Philippines to the home office.

- the developing leadership at OLM and the move toward a cell-based ministry
- Sarah attending college 10,000 miles from her parents
- the youth movement of OLM called IXTHUS, weekly reaching 50-60 unchurched youth through various ministries
- Light and Life Development Foundation, Inc. to becoming self-supporting and generate funds to meet its vision
- young people to respond to God’s call for foreign and home missions
- young people’s willingness to be involved in the church planting movement of OLM in other major cities in the Philippines
