Latin America — leadership development, holistic ministry development, oversight and administration of mission districts, stimulation of church planting efforts.
David and Yvonne have the task of mentoring church leaders as they grow the FMC in the countries of Latin America.”
This includes overseeing the 15 mission districts, coordinating North American missionary efforts, and partnering with annual conferences in their missionary efforts. David serves as Area Director for Latin America.

- Grace and understanding among the multicultural missionary teams that are working in Latin America (These are partnerships of great promise and great complexity).
- The implementation of pastoral training programs in the mission districts.
- Financial resources for the many holistic ministry opportunities in each country.
