The Beatitudes
Leader: Pastor Sherrie Hittler
Location: Room 206
The Beatitudes introduce us to living faithfully in the kingdom of God and provide the lens for seeing the extraordinary in the ordinary, and God’s presence in the common. They teach us much about God, ourselves and how to life with others.
This class will run from January 8 - February 12.
The Apostles’ Creed
Leaders: Roger Varland and Tedd Comden
Location: Friendship Room
The Apostles’ Creed reminds us of the main points of Christian belief. It teaches about God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We’ll consider how these beliefs help us become stronger followers of Christ.
This class will run from February 19 - March 25.
The 10 Commandments
Leader: Neil Fernandes
Location: Room 206
The 10 Commandments are considered God’s “rules” to live by. They teach us about God, help us become transformed from within and impact how we love others.
This class will run from February 26 - April 8
The Lord’s Prayer
Leader: Pastor Sherrie Hittler
Location: Room 206
The Lord’s Prayer is more than just a prayer. Learn how it can change your intimacy with God, help you be a solid Christ follower, and impact others for God’s glory.
This class runs from April 15 - May 27.
Reading Scripture to Know God
Is reading the Bible sometimes dry or mechanical? Do you wonder if it’s pertinent to our day and age; does it really have power to change us? This class will help you encounter God each time you read the Bible. You will learn how to listen for the voice of God in the Bible and how to move from informational to formational Bible reading.
This class is only available on-line.
Young Adult Huddle
Leader: Rev. Mark Van Valin
Location: Community Family Center (CFC- gym)
Come and be part of the on-going dialogue on what it looks like to live a sold-out life for Christ.
This class runs from April 15 - May 13.
Ambassadors
Leader: Rev. Joe Kulaga
Location: CFC-3/4 (down by the gym)
As a missions-minded class, we financially support many mission projects through the year. History and practical application from the Bible is brought together weekly. Several social events are planned throughout the year. All are welcome!
Cornerstone
Leader: Harry Bonney, Roy Meador & Angela Peterson
Where: CFC-2 (down by the gym)
Winter and spring 2012 topics taught by our three rotating teachers include a study of Jeremiah, prayer & spiritual warfare, and relevant cultural topics from a Christian perspective. The weekly lesson is interactive leading to growth of friendships as well as deeper understanding of God’s Word.

Light & Life
Leaders: Marvelle Vannest & Carl Pavey
Where: Room 150
Many class members reflect the wisdom of years spent following Jesus, some are relatively new Christians, while individuals in their middle years add unique and valuable perspectives. With an overall purpose of igniting a passion for God, we focus attention on Biblical topics through activities aimed at encouraging discussion, participation, reaction and thinking. Come join us!
Livin’ it: Applying Christ to Everyday Life
Leaders: Terri Pardee
Where: Friendship Room
With a focus on family life and parenting, Livin’ It looks at practical application of Scripture, child development and family practices as we seek to become more Biblically-based parents and families. Join us for great practical teaching and new friendship with other parents.
Seekers
Leaders: Brent Ellis
Where: Chapel
This class continues with an expository explorations of 1 Corinthians. Join us as we study these inspired ancient words and discuss how their truth is relevant and compelling in our current society and culture. The teaching is inviting to all ages.
