“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it”. Matthew 11:12 (NIV1984)

The Mission
It is our desire that the Workforce Men’s Ministry will actively pursue men in order to draw them out of passive isolation and into authentic, active relationship with God and other men. Through purposeful, high-quality events and programs designed to build men in Christ who are spiritually aware, know what they believe and why, courageously willing to step out in faith to do the works of Jesus, and become the spiritual leaders of their families, their communities, their professions, and their church.
Whether it is coming together for a special event, attending a retreat or conference together, joining a missional community or just simply hanging out and having fun, we seek to establish meaningful relationships that encourage and edify one another in faith to the Glory of God. One thing we know, God will use the heart and life of anyone who chooses to make himself available. The great commission spoken by Jesus Himself is for His followers to go into the entire world and reproduce believers. This is a big calling and it takes a willing Workforce.

Men’s Missional Communities
Contact Butch Dashner for more information.
A Missional Community is a small group whose participants live with one hand on the hope of heaven and one hand on a hurting world. We seek ways of loving God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength while simultaneously loving our neighbors as ourselves. Twice monthly group meetings focus on how God’s Word is leading us to live an outward-focused life and how we are being changed as a result. Alternate weeks are spent reaching out to men not yet connected to God and serving in various ways.
