On March 7 and March 14 we will be receiving nominations for the new Nominating Committee members. This committee does the important work of bringing the names before the Society of those to be elected as Annual Conference Delegates Reserve Delegates, Finance Committee members, and Trustees.
You must be a full covenant member to submit nominations, and those nominated must also be members.
There will be ballots and membership lists at tables in the lobby area before and after each service on March 7 and 14.
We will have an election (April 18 & 25) to elect 10 Conference Delegates, four Reserve Delegates, two Finance Committee members, two Trustees, and three Nominating Committee members. The elected Delegates serve for one year, while those elected to Finance, Nominating and Trustees will be serving for three years.
